The Open Science and Technology Research Network (OSRN) is an open,
member-governed research network founded in 2026. OSRN advances science
and technology through transparent collaboration, open publication, and
shared infrastructure without institutional gatekeeping or paywalls.

OSRN is organized into working groups spanning networks and communications,
AI and machine learning, distributed systems, security, life sciences, and
education technology. Members include researchers, engineers, and practitioners
from universities, independent research labs, and industry.

This Zenodo community archives the outputs of OSRN members and working groups,
including:

  • Preprints and technical reports
  • Datasets and benchmarks
  • Software and code releases
  • Educational materials and training resources
  • Working group notes and specifications

All OSRN outputs are published under CC BY 4.0 unless otherwise noted.
