Empower Acoustic Emission with Open Standards and Open Data

OpenAE is an open, community-driven platform to support research and development with standardized tools, algorithms, and datasets for consistent, reproducible acoustic emission signal processing and analysis. By offering open standards for feature extraction and providing reference implementations, OpenAE ensures that AE data can be analyzed reliably across different environments and applications. OpenAE embraces the principle of standing on the shoulders of giants, enabling researchers to build on existing work rather than starting from scratch, ultimately fostering innovation and accelerating progress in data-driven AE applications. The whole project is organized via the GitHub organization github.com/openae-io to allow easy and transparent collaboration.
