The Mirror Programme is a long-term research architecture by Lloyd Christopher Smith.

It studies how bounded systems maintain, repair and extend coherent structure under constraint. The programme develops a shared formal spine — constraint, model, reliability, repair, memory, viability, continuity and scale — across observerhood, living systems, persistent neuro-symbolic artificial intelligence, constraint physics and broader questions of modelled reality.

The programme is organised through programme overviews, software lines, volumes, papers, computational labs and collected editions.

Volume I — Observerhood is the first foundation volume of the programme. Mirror-1 is the first public software line.
