This Zenodo community serves as the program-wide repository for all open-access research outputs related to learning health systems research at MBRU.
It houses algorithm code, survey instruments, analysis scripts, de-identified datasets, supplementary materials, and any other artifacts that require a permanent DOI and long-term preservation.
The community complements the program's three-tier pre-registration architecture:
- Tier A — protocols.io: Public protocol pre-registrations (CC BY 4.0)
- Tier B — OSF + Zenodo: Mirror deposits, supplementary materials (OSF), and executable code/data (Zenodo)
- Tier C — Journal track: Manuscripts, consent forms, cover letters
Within this architecture, the Zenodo community aggregates all Tier B code and data deposits under a single curated landing page, making it easy for external researchers to discover all program outputs in one place.
