The POSIFIT project aims to drive innovation in the construction and renovation of Energy Positive Homes (EPH) through adaptable technological solutions. Focusing on both new and existing residential buildings, POSIFIT integrates advanced design strategies using Building Information Modeling (BIM), smart management systems, and a combination of passive and active energy-saving technologies. The project seeks to optimize building performance, reduce energy consumption, and enhance sustainability by incorporating nature-based solutions and promoting climate-neutral construction practices.

Demonstrated across diverse geographical locations and building typologies, the POSIFIT approach is designed to be scalable and replicable, ensuring it meets various market needs. By fostering an open innovation environment, the project brings together researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to collaborate on developing cutting-edge solutions for a sustainable built environment. Additionally, POSIFIT is committed to educating the next generation of experts through targeted training programs focused on the principles of energy-positive building design and management.

Join the POSIFIT community to access and share resources, including research articles, datasets, software, and training materials, and contribute to advancing the future of sustainable and energy-efficient building practices.
