Lectio Socialis — Research Data
This community brings together the datasets, replication materials, code, and other research outputs associated with articles submitted to and published in Lectio Socialis.
Lectio Socialis is an international, open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal of political science (e-ISSN 2602-2443). Operating on a continuous, year-based publication model, it makes articles freely available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, with no author fees. The journal is committed to transparency and reproducibility, and this community supports that commitment by giving the data behind its articles a citable, openly accessible, and preserved home.
What we collect. We welcome deposits that support a manuscript submitted to or published in the journal — including quantitative datasets, survey and interview materials, coding schemes, content-analysis corpora, analysis code, and supplementary files. Each deposit should be documented (a README and, where relevant, a codebook) and linked to its related article through the article's DOI.
Licensing and citation. Wherever possible, data and materials should be released under an open licence — preferably CC BY 4.0 or CC0 — so that others can reuse them with appropriate credit. Every deposit receives a DOI and should be cited in the reference list of the associated article.
Research ethics. Data should be shared only where it is ethical and lawful to do so. Sensitive or personally identifiable data — especially in politically sensitive or human-participant research — must be anonymized or deposited under restricted/controlled access.
