The “Integrated Development Model and Regional Growth” community provides an open-access platform for scholars, policymakers, and practitioners to share knowledge and research on sustainable economic development. The core idea of the integrated development model is to connect productivity, domestic value added, and regional connectivity as fundamental drivers of inclusive growth.
This community focuses on key themes such as regional industrial cluster development, governance reforms, spatial restructuring through provincial mergers, public–private partnerships in infrastructure and housing, and the role of innovation in policy design. In addition, the community welcomes research exploring emerging challenges, including digital transformation, green transition, ESG finance, and sustainable industrial strategies in developing economies.
By curating interdisciplinary works, the community aims to foster evidence-based dialogue between academia and practice, contributing to both theoretical advancement and practical policy solutions. We welcome contributions in various forms, including journal articles, preprints, datasets, conference proceedings, and policy briefs. Our mission is to promote open science, increase visibility of regional development studies, and strengthen collaboration across national and international research networks.
