Resources of the International Committee on Predictive Modelling in Food

The International Committee on Predictive Modelling in Food (ICPMF, https://www.icpmf.org/) is a subcommittee of The International Committee on Food Microbiology and Hygiene (ICFMH), whose goals are: (i) to foster the development and use of mathematical modelling in food science; (ii) to improve food safety/quality and food process optimisation through predictive modelling;  and (iii) to develop educational programmes to train scientists, academia and food professionals in predictive modelling tools in foods.

"Resources of ICPMF" is a Zenodo community that gathers publications and training material as well as raw data and sample scripts for research and training purposes, within the realms of the ICPMF goals.
