The HEP-VS community only accepts records from the HEP-VS members.
Each deposit is related with at least one person who is affiliated with the HEP-VS at the time of creation or submission of the related work. The author must complete his firstname, lastname and his HEP-VS email address. The ORCID is recommanded. Each deposit must respect the following conditions :
- Dataset are fully anonymized (no sensitive or personal data)
- Files are available in open formats. If proprietary formats are present, the work also includes versions of the files converted to open formats, with the least possible loss of information.
- The HEP-VS affiliation is indicated for each contributor affiliated to the HEP-VS. The only accepted form is "Pädagogische Hochschule Wallis".
- A detailed description of the dataset is provided in the "Description" field
- A README.txt file is present in the root directory. The HEP-VS template is recommanded.
- If a publication related to the dataset is available on the HEP-VS Open Access platform "FREDI", the link is made using the persistent URL of the publication in the "Related works" field.
- Keywords are entered as separated fields in the “Keywords and subjects” field.
- The CC-BY 4.0 licence is recommended.
