The Foundations Program is an initiative of Hyperweb Healthtech OÜ dedicated to understanding and redesigning the deep structures that govern scientific inquiry, organizational behavior, and technological systems. Despite unprecedented computational power and data availability, breakthroughs continue to emerge slowly and unevenly across domains. This suggests that the fundamental bottlenecks are not technical but epistemic, organizational, and architectural.

Our work identifies the minimal primitives, axioms, and causal mechanisms that shape how knowledge is produced, validated, transmitted, and governed. By developing formal models of agency, verification, temporal sequencing, and institutional coordination, the program seeks to create scalable architectures capable of supporting accelerated and verifiable discovery.

The research spans epistemic theory, organizational design, computational models, and governance systems. It aims to establish foundations that enable societies and institutions to operate with greater transparency, resilience, and epistemic integrity.
