This community gathers all outputs of the COST Action CA19122 European Network for Gender Balance in Informatics (2020–2024). EUGAIN connected experts from over 45 countries to address the persistent under-representation of women in informatics across the full academic and professional pipeline.
The Zenodo collection includes the EUGAIN deliverables (i.e. policy recommendations, best-practice booklets, workshop outcomes, etc.). These materials document four years of coordinated work to improve awareness, retention, progression, and leadership opportunities for women in informatics education, research, and related sectors.
Informatics Europe, as initiator of the Action and grant holder, curates this community to ensure long-term accessibility, coherent metadata, and continuity beyond the end of the Action. The repository is intended as a practical resource for departments, institutions, policymakers, professional societies, and anyone designing or evaluating gender-balance initiatives in informatics.
Users are invited to explore, reuse, and cite the materials, and to build on the EUGAIN legacy through future initiatives that strengthen gender equity in our discipline.
