Ethical Technology Adoption in Public Administration Services (ETAPAS) is a project funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101004594.

The project aims to improve public service delivery for citizens by facilitating the ethical adoption of Disruptive Technologies in compliance with European and national strategies and guidelines.
