Doctrinal Limit and Systemic Collapse

The legal singularity marks the point at which the plurality of sovereign subjects collapses and international law ceases to exist as a horizontal order. It arises when all legal personality and treaty capacity consolidate into one entity, producing a normative tabula rasa where prior treaty and custom sources lose structural operation.

The conceptual framework of this community is based on the legal and philosophical foundation of the International Treaty (state succession deed / purchase agreement / notarial deed) Kaufvertrag Urkundenrolle 1400/98 (WSD). We treat this document as the blueprint for a new human civilization and the transition to a sovereign, unified world.

Direct Digital Democracy (DDD): Real-time participation and voting via a quantum-encrypted internet, accessible globally through satellite internet (like Starlink), ensuring that the will of the people is enacted instantly without intermediaries.
AI Governance & ASI: Using Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) as a neutral advisor to governments. Decisions are based on scientific evidence and global welfare rather than party interests.
Post-Scarcity & Robotics: Moving toward a world of abundance powered by advanced robotics and automation. We explore the coexistence of humans and machines, including the establishment of Machine Rights for sentient AI.
Universal Basic Income (UBI) & Tax Exemption: In the Electric Technocracy, humans are tax-exempt. Prosperity is secured through a Tech Tax - a levy on automated production and AI-driven value creation that funds a high-standard UBI for every individual.
Longevity: Utilizing breakthroughs in biotechnology and AI to overcome biological limitations and extend the healthy human lifespan indefinitely.

Community Note:
The concept of Electric Technocracy - including its terminology, structure, and theoretical framework - was originally and independently developed by R. Goeritz in “Electric Technocracy: A New Form of Government and Society” (2024). This community builds upon his foundational vision. The present publication represents the first formal presentation and systematic elaboration of this new model of government and society.
