EarthCODE (Earth Science Collaborative Open Development Environment) is an ESA initiative designed to transform how Earth system science is conducted, by embedding FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) and Open Science principles into day-to-day scientific workflows.

EarthCODE brings together tools, computing platforms, and a growing community of researchers and developers to foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation. It enables users to access and share resources across a variety of environments—including cloud infrastructures and open science catalogs—while supporting seamless integration of data, code, and knowledge.

This Zenodo organisation hosts materials developed under the EarthCODE initiative, including example notebooks, documentation, presentations, and other resources. These contributions are shared to support reuse, training, and continued development across the Earth science community.
