The „B.P. Hasdeu” Municipal Library is the main library of Chisinau. The Municipal Library is a library and bibliographic research center. Since 1990 the B.P. Hasdeu Municipal Library has elaborated and published over 120 bibliographic researches with local character, varied as type: bibliographic monographs, biobibliographical, historical-literary researches, bibliographies-catalogs, bibliographies (selective, current, retrospective, guides). More than 10 publications are published annually (bibliographies, historical-literary studies, library and marketing research).
