BABEL (Blockchain and AI for Business, Economics and Law) is a research unit of the Department of Economics and Management (DiSEI) at the University of Florence.
Founded on March 5, 2019, BABEL brings together legal scholars, economists, and technology researchers to investigate the regulatory and economic challenges posed by disruptive technologies, with a focus on blockchain, tokenization, artificial intelligence, and digital finance.
This Zenodo community serves as the open access repository of the BABEL network, hosting research outputs from the network's activities, including the PRIN 2022 DeTOKoDE project (Designing a Governance for a Tokenized Economy in a Decentralized Era), funded by MUR under the Italian PNRR/NextGenerationEU programme.
