The Cuban Journal of Public and Business Administration is an open access electronic journal of a scientific-academic nature, edited and published by the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, following the principles of transparency and good practices in academic publications such as those described by the Ethics Committee in Publication (Ethics-COPE), uses the peer review system for the evaluation of articles. The journal receives articles in the Spanish and English languages.

The main objective of this is to provide the dissemination of research work, good practices, scientific, technological, training and management experiences in Cuba and in other regions of the world, contributing to the updating and feedback of professionals and managers, as well as scientific discussion and exchange, in the different disciplines of knowledge related to Social Sciences in the field of public and business administration.
