Submission policy

This community welcomes submissions that contribute to applicability diagnostics in fundamental physics and adjacent philosophy of science. Accepted formats include preprints, technical notes, protocols, worked examples, datasets, code, and supplementary materials.

Acceptance criteria

Submissions should:

  1. Provide a clear title, abstract, and basic metadata (authors, keywords, resource type, licence).

  2. Contain a genuine research contribution — whether a method, protocol, analysis, worked example, dataset, code, or substantive survey/critique.

  3. Present a clear evaluative or diagnostic structure: the submission should assess something (a claim, model, parameter, or explanatory move) against stated criteria and produce a transparent, reproducible output.

  4. Be readable and complete (no broken uploads, placeholder files, or missing key materials).

  5. Respect licensing and copyright (appropriate open-access licences; no violations).

      6. Stay within scope: methodology of applicability, levels of description, validation regimes, and                      regime- bounded use of models in physics.

Grounds for rejection

No identifiable diagnostic method or evaluative structure (pure speculation without method) Off-topic uploads (not related to physics, model use, or validation methodology) Low-substance promotional text
Incomplete or non-functional files

Copyright or licensing problems

Review process

All submissions are reviewed by the community maintainers prior to inclusion. Decisions aim to be fast and transparent. Where appropriate, maintainers may request minor revisions (metadata corrections, scope clarification, or completeness fixes) before acceptance.

Versioning

Updated versions of existing records (v2, v3, ...) are welcome and encouraged. Each new version should include a brief change note describing what has been revised. Silent edits are discouraged; small corrections should be submitted as new versions with a clear changelog.
