4EVERPV-CM is a research community created to host, foster and disseminate scientific outputs from the project "For an environmentally friendly photovoltaic technology’’ (Acronym: 4EVERPV, and Grant number: TEC-2024/ECO-72), funded by the Comunidad de Madrid through the Dirección General de Investigación e Innovación Tecnológica, under Orden 3177/2024, dated July 10.
The project brings together seven research groups in the Madrid region, with complementary expertise in materials science, chemistry, semiconductor physics, optics, electronics, nanofabrication, and photovoltaic engineering.
The project addresses four main objectives:
- Improving the efficiency and stability of photovoltaic devices, especially multi-junction and silicon/perovskite-based solar cells.
- Maximizing PV energy productivity through integration with smart systems and energy storage.
- Reducing the environmental impact of PV manufacturing and recycling, including technologies such as TOPCon and roll-to-plate.
- Promoting social acceptance, architectural integration of PV systems and establishment of energy communities, with special focus on educational and rural environments.
This community accepts contributions such as scientific articles, datasets, software, presentations, technical reports, and other outputs aligned with the project's scope. All submissions are curated to ensure thematic relevance, scientific rigor, and proper metadata.
