trevismd/permutations-stats: v0.2 Initial release

First full release. Includes all features described in this version's README:

Exact tests (all combinations) and approximate method computation (simulations) are implemented for :

• Brunner-Munzel test
• Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon test
• Wilcoxon signed rank test
• Friedman tests

Functions for bootstrapping-based confidence interval calculations for mean, median, and standard deviation are also implemented (not documented yet).
