frodre/pyLIM: JAMES Paper LIM Code

A Python package for calibrating and running linear inverse models as described by Penland & Matrosova (1994) and Penland & Sardeshmukh (1995). This package is used in the Last Millennium Reanalysis framework as a forecast model for paleoclimate data assimilation. This version is used to test linear inverse models and make figures for the 2019 Perkins & Hakim paper being submitted to the Journal of Advances in Modeling Earth Systems (JAMES).
