MrLogarithm/pe-pc-datasets-interface: Proto-cuneiform sign count utilities

This release contains the final, published version of our proto-cuneiform sign counting code and user interface. Updated interface allows for greater flexibility in filtering and displaying the data, and easier sharing of the code via jupyter notebooks.
