cit-bioinfo/mMCP-counter: v1.1.0
Description
Added support for GCRm39 by adding a new argument to the mMCPcounter.estimate() function, which specifies the genome version to bu used. Possible choices are GCRm38 (as in v1.0.0) and GRCm39 (new default).
