thorsilver/Social-Care-ABM-for-UQ: Updated data files

Identical to v0.9, with minor updates to data file naming to ensure consistency.

This release includes all data files needed to run the Social Care ABM for sets of 200/400/800/1600 runs. These sets of runs use parameter settings determined by the LPtau method to ensure decent coverage of the parameter space. The outputs were then used to train neural networks to replicate simulation results, allowing for the first-ever test of neural networks for ABM sensitivity analysis.

To run the model using these input files, use the '-t' command line option, as in:

python maintest.py -t 1

Within maintest.py, set the filename to be used in the -t argument to the filename you want to use to generate your simulations.
