Initial software release alongside manuscript preprint. Includes functions for performing Savitzky-Golay filtering and differentiation of power spectrum in order to estimate individual alpha frequency measures (peak alpha frequency and alpha frequency centre of gravity). See the included tutorial script for a demonstration of how these functions can be integrated to produce IAF estimates from preprocessed EEG data. Package also includes functions required to replicate the simulation-based analyses reported in the manuscript.
