Description
Using zooplankton, phytoplankton and environmental data from Swedish National Marine Monitoring Programme, we calculated zooplankton phenology metrics. The produced dataset allow to investigate trends of bloom dynamics of zooplankton at three stations in the central Baltic Sea, and examine how phenologies of diverse rotifer, cladoceran and copepod species respond to observed changes.
