THE CONFLICT REGULATION OF THE MARRIAGE CONTRACT IN UZBEKISTAN

The present article is devoted to the problems of collision regulation of the marriage contract under the international private law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. According to the author, the relevance of the topic of research in the article is determined by the fact that it is the marriage contract with a foreign element (in particular, between the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreigners) causes the most complex and unregulated in the law issues. On the basis of the analysis of international and regional treaties, as well as the practice of foreign countries, where this institution is most developed, prop*osals for improving the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan marriage contract complicated by a foreign element are formulated.
