Case Study Analysis: EOSC PID Policy

This document provides a record of the analysis and transformation of the EOSC PID Policy [1] to match and refine the Conceptual Model developed for compliance assessment and is presented in the FAIRCORE4EOSC Internal Report [2]. The results of this work are incorporated into a FAIRCORE4EOSC deliverable [3] with  respect to Conceptual Model formulation and supporting vocabularies.

Conceptual Model: This is a data model with supporting vocabularies, aimed at accommodating most or all of the assessment case studies that WP2 looked at. The end product is used as a design input for a database, APIs, and vocabularies for the Compliance Assessment Toolkit. Because the model is generalised, it can be used for a wide variety of assessments (FAIR, Trustworthy Repositories, ...) in addition to EOSC PID Policy Compliance.
