Description

The upload includes data, Matlab codes and histology used in the article 'Transcriptionally defined amygdala subpopulations play distinct roles in innate social behaviors' published in Nature Neuroscience 2023.

Each folder associated with a figure or extended data figure includes, when applicable: 1) raw data for that figure, 2) representative histology for that figure, 3) Matlab code for regenerating the figure, 4) GraphPad Prism file with data, statistics and graphs generated for that figure.

Behavior annotations were generated using the behaviorAnnotator, originally developed by Piotr Dollar (https://github.com/pdollar/toolbox).
