Matlab Code for a 2D/3D Analytical Ellipsoid Phantom for Parallel-Ray CT

Description

This code computes, analytically, the X-ray projection of user-specified ellipsoid in 2D or 3D. Such phantoms are useful for testing CT reconstruction algorithms, and we have used them in the following publications:
