Description
New alignment plugin:
- Combines spatial filtering and border cropping to generate pre-processed frames before alignment.
- Allows bulk alignment of computed shifts for a selection of image stacks onto other image stacks (e.g. other channels) via a table widget
- Old alignment plugin renamed to "alignment_old"
