This is a CSV spreadsheet containing the time-series load data and its co-variates used in the study. The columns and their corresponding variable names are enlisted as follows:

  1. UTC : Universal Time Coordinated timestamp
  2. 'mw' : Daily peak load in MW
  3. 'MoY': Month of year
  4.  'DoW': Day of Week
  5.  'h_name': Holiday name
  6.  'TMAX_mean': Mean aggregation of maximum temperature series of 40 weather stations within PJM area
  7.  'Pop': Population
  8.  'PCI_real': Real per capita inncome
  9.  'GSP_real': Real Gross State product
  10. 'flag': flag for structural change in load due to territorial expansion
  11. 'flag_hol': flag for holiday
  12. 'flag_recession': flag for structural change in load due to recession of 2007-09
  13. 'wkday': flag for weekday effect
