This Committee Charter was developed and adopted by the OA Book Usage Data Trust's Board of Trustees based on the committee charter template created by its Board Policy and Governance Committee as a part of the "OAeBU Data Trust: Advancing to Launch by Developing IDS Governance Building Blocks" Grant.
