Description
Written within the current global Covid-19 pandemic, which has given rise to unparalleled global ramifications, necessitating significant adjustments in personal and professional spheres, and exposing the inadequacy of conventional corporate processes and standards. The enduring impacts of individuals' future trajectories have been influenced by the experiences and tactics they have acquired while endeavoring to surmount a crisis.
The study used a multidimensional approach in its analysis of the topic. The research started by seeking to determine the anticipated preferences and requirements of clients inside the digital realm of the real estate sector. Following this, the elements that influence these expectations were found. The primary purpose of this research was to examine decision-making styles and investigate the consumer attitudes that underlie these styles. The aim was to get a deeper understanding of how consumers use digital technologies to facilitate their decision-making process. A study was conducted to investigate the impact of psychological variables, namely the fear of Covid, on decision-making processes and expectancies within the context of a crisis scenario. Simultaneously, a study was done to evaluate the impact of fear on customer attitudes and decision-making processes.
Consequently, the study yielded data that indicate a mediation role of worry over Covid-19 in the relationship between decision-making styles and the expectations of real estate clients towards digital technology.
