Complicated acute jejunal diverticulitis. A case report

Description

Diverticular disease of the small intestine is a rare pathology, generally asymptomatic and extremely rare, especially in the jejunum; however, complications such as bleeding, perforation or occlusion can put the life of a patient at risk if a timely diagnosis is not made and treat surgically on time. Next, the clinical case of a patient who debuted with an acute abdomen is presented, in which she was surgically approached, with an adequate evolution.
