Description
This release provides four annotated workflows for reference-free analysis of experimental datasets: RFA, RFA-fast, RFA-binary, RFA-fast-binary. Only the sigmoid link function is implemented for modeling nonspecific epistasis. All data and scripts used for the manuscript are also included.
