Jarvis: AI note-taking assistant

• fixed: collection chat in the panel failed with "Chat failed: No note selected" when no note was open in the editor
• fixed: collection chat results depended on whichever note was open in the editor — its title and tags were embedded into the search query (skewing retrieval), its global jarvis command blocks were applied, and it was excluded from results; the panel now ignores the open note entirely
