Jarvis: AI note-taking assistant

• added: Joplin AI as a chat provider
  • chats through the model configured in Joplin's own Settings → AI so no API key is needed in Jarvis. Desktop-only, and requires Joplin 3.7+ with the AI beta enabled. See the guide.
• fixed: sidebar Note mode now passes the open note as explicit context, so local chat models (e.g. Ollama) summarise and answer about it instead of replying that no note was provided
• fixed: a note (or instruction prompt) containing a bare === line no longer breaks how the model reads the note as context
• fixed: completion-type custom models no longer fail on long prompts (the response token budget could go negative and be rejected by the API)
• fixed: note title/summary annotation could hang when the prompt exceeded the model's context
