Combined miRNA transcriptome and proteome analysis of extracellular vesicles in urine and blood from the Pompe mouse model

Description
Short RNA and proteome data files from a comparison of exosomes from 1. Pompe mouse model (GAA-/GAA-), 2. GAA+/GAA+ littermates of Pompe mice, 3. wild type mice, and 4. Pompe mice treated with a candidate gene therapy. Exosomes were isolated from serum and urine. RNA files are FastQ. Proteome files are text export from ThermoFisher Proteome Discoverer.
Notes
Note: Sample maps label some samples as "HET" suggesting they are from heterozygous animals. This was an incorrect assumption at the time files were uploaded. The animals from which these samples came were GAA+/GAA+ littermate controls of the Pompe model.
