Pre-operative 3D-CT Colored Bone Models and Intra-operative 3D-Fluoroscopy as Adjuncts in the Surgical Treatment of DRF - PRUEBA -
Description
This research helps us understand that using 3D-CT colored models before surgery and 3D-fluoroscopy during surgery can help surgeons more accurately place screws and reduce the chances of the screws sticking out too far. However, we also discovered that the metallic artifacts used during the surgery to create the 3D images could make it harder for surgeons to evaluate the images clearly, which might be a limitation of using intra-operative 3D CT scans during surgery.
