Logical gates in ensembles of proteinoid microspheres

Description

The xls files Chronoamperometry_Glu_Asp_Phe.xls through Chnoamperometry_Glu_Asp.xls contain the raw chronoamperometry data for each of the 12 tested protenoid compositions: 'L-Glu:L-Asp:L-Phe', 'L-Lys:L-Phe:L-Glu', 'L-Glu:L-Phe:L-His', 'L-Glu: L-Phe:PLLA', 'L-Lys:L-Phe-L-His:PLLA', 'L-Glu:L-Arg', 'L-Asp', 'L-Phe:L-Lys', 'L-Glu:L-Asp:L-Pro', 'L-Phe', 'L-Glu:L-Phe', and 'L-Glu:L-Asp'. The current response (in μA) is reported as a function of time (in s) under the applied potential.

The MATLAB script LOGICAL_GATES_CODE.mlx implements OR, AND, XOR, and NAND logic gates using the protenoid chronoamperometry data. It loads the input data from LogicalGates.csv and applies thresholding operations to convert the signals to logic 1 or 0.
