Incivility can occur through actions at work such as a co-worker ignoring you or not replying to a message. These behaviors are also reflected in a cybernetic way. Workers affected by these actions tend to take exclusionary behaviors seriously, increasing their negative emotions, showing greater cognitive distraction, stress, psychological suffering, negative emotions such as anger, guilt and fear, less satisfaction and creativity, in addition to feeling depressed. if depressed and moody. With this, the aim of this theoretical essay is to reflect on cybernetic incivility and incivility and its effects on the organizational environment, in order to provide a reflection on the theme, which is still little explored in organizational studies in the area of people management, and that cause negative consequences that affect the organizational environment. As a result of this essay, there is the reflection that unresolved incivility, in addition to compromising the well-being of employees, can lead to reduced productivity and employee dismissal from the organization. Incivility and cybernetic incivility have similar impacts not only on the personal lives of individuals but also on the organizational context, which can compromise the performance of employees in the face of activities carried out in the work environment. Thus, it is important that there is a consistent source on the part of the organization for support that employees turn to when they experience uncivil actions, in order to help combat the effects of incivility. Therefore, the importance of the role of organizations in mitigating the negative results resulting from incivility in the workplace is evident.
