Description

You must rename your project JSON from spcproject to mbeproject for projects made in older versions to load
  • spcproject renamed to mbeproject
  • Fixed multiple bugs related to importing rectangular image stacks
  • Visualization Windows (with docks) overhauled with new standard interface for robust and simpe saving and loading of dock state without the fragility of 0.7 visualization windows. Old .pkl visualization windows will not work with this version
  • Pipeline automation now allows multiple inputs from multiple import plugins allowing for configurations where one pipeline simultaneously performs two different sets of processes one two sets of data (essentially a pipeline of pipelines)
