erdzeichen/KiMoPack: 7.14.0 - bug fix and sparse

In this release I fixed a lot of smaller issues, not at least the "apply map" issues. I also remade a lot of the code and started improving the chirp correction. Most important was the now available support for sparse data such as assembled single wavelength measurements. While they did work in principle before, they now are much more reliable. This will be the last release before my mayor re-work of the whole tool. I am over half way with the re-work that currently focuses on GUI support and breaking the monolytic code into smaller pieces. I also work on making the tool work on online servers such as colab. Currently the GUIs are breaking there.
