WOTKernel is Waddington-OT analysis only for the vein plots.
GPCCA object contains the induced states as outlined in the figure and supplement.
Scanpy anndata object is also stored in the .adata slots of the objects above.
The adata.X slot contains normalized data as outlined in the methods. In adata.obs is "Cell_Types" with the conditions, where ML = IL-12/15/18 activated and differentiated and LD is D7 control.
