Description
Healthcare data availability via common data model (CDM) adoption is a very large and complicated undertaking requiring multi-year commitments. In our
journey toward CDM implementation, incremental utility of ingested data to local researchers has served as a key performance indicator (KPI). The use
of this KPI can enhance stakeholder buy-in and enthusiasm while overall CDM implementation remains incomplete.
