Satellite galaxies in nearby groups: distribution, kinematics and star-forming properties

Description
We study the distribution, kinematics and star-formation properties of satellite galaxies in five nearby groups, which were observed spectroscopically with the Hobby-Eberly Telescope. We compare our results with those of two other samples of nearby groups.
