Description
Manually delineated crowns and predicted crowns for Danum and Sepilok (East and West). RGB othomosaics for both sites also included. The orthomosaics are derived from aeroplane mounted sensors. See https://zslpublications.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/rse2.332
Manual crowns are given as geopackage files (.gpkg).
RGB orthomosaics are given as geotiffs (.tif).
Predictions are given as zipped shapefiles (.zip).
Manual crowns with orthomosaics can be used to train a model with detectree2 (https://github.com/PatBall1/detectree2)
