Mouse brain cortex electron microscopy denoising and super-resolution dataset. The file format is organized as below:

1 // region index. Each region contains images obtained using 20,000 magnification rate and 40,000 magnification rate with different imaging speed.
Brain__2w_01.tif // Super-resolution raw data. The magnification rate is 20,000 and the imaging time is ~ 7s
Brain__2w_02.tif // Super-resolution raw data. The magnification rate is 20,000 and the imaging time is ~14s
Brain__2w_03.tif // Super-resolution raw data. The magnification rate is 20,000 and the imaging time is ~20s
Brain__4w_04.tif // Denoising raw data. The magnification rate is 40,000 and the imaging time is ~2s
Brain__4w_05.tif // Denoising raw data. The magnification rate is 40,000 and the imaging time is ~4s
Brain__4w_06.tif // Denoising raw data. The magnification rate is 40,000 and the imaging time is ~6s
Brain__4w_07.tif // Denoising raw data. The magnification rate is 40,000 and the imaging time is ~8s
