Description

  • A crash caused by inappropriately assuming that a streamline file provides image space information, notably when using the tck2trk script, has been fixed.
  • Prompts referencing showing images in fslview specifically, within the dpreproc and gradcheck experiment scripts, have now been updated to reference (and use) a viewer appropriate to the host system. This takes into account both the TRACTOR_VIEWER environment variable and what viewers are available.
  • The IgnoreZeroes option to the compare script now ignores areas that are zero in either image if it is set to true, rather than both. (The latter is essentially a no-op, since areas that are zero in both images necessary match.) It now defaults to false, which is consistent with the default in v3.5.0 because there was previously no effect. There is now also a description associated with this script.
  • Testing for source-space equivalence now has a bigger tolerance, for example when using reg-apply.
  • TractoR packages and dependencies have been updated for compatibility with the newly released R 4.6.0.
