This repository contains code for the analysis performed in this manuscript.

v1.1.0 adds three data files:

  1. post_adata_annotated.h5ad: anndata object containing the full data set
  2. adata_positiveselection_filt.h5ad: anndata object containing the positive selection subset of the data
  3. pseudotime_slingshot_binned_20210202.csv: pseudotime metadata
